In Frankfurt, Ford Focuses on Finances

When most automakers go to major auto shows, such as the world-acclaimed Frankfurt Motor Show, in Germany, they typically stick to the basics: new concept car debuts and new production model debuts. Not surprisingly, this is exactly what Ford did. They even revealed a very cool electric-powered bicycle, which could just be the next two-wheeled fad we see emerge.
Unlike most automakers, however, they went beyond what by comparison seems like superficial chit-chat. Ford dared go so far as to talk about their financial situation, which we all know has been less than ideal for the past few years. Happily…
